Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in Market Commons in Myrtle Beach. You can find us at 981 Hackler St Suite B, just next door to Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar.

What are you hours of operation?

We are open Tuesday – Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 10am to 5pm

Can I return a special order item?

Unfortunately, no. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom-made pieces. 

Do you offer appraisals or insurance?

Yes. We offer appraisals for insurance. We have a graduate gemologist on staff. Your jewelry will be cleaned and polished, evaluated, and returned with a written appraisal, including photographs of your jewelry. That way the customer can submit that to their insurance company. Which we can also suggest a company if they do not have insurance already.

Do you offer engravings?

Yes! We engrave by hand, machine, or laser. We can engrave logos, personal messages, or family crests on select pieces of jewelry. We can also engrave in multiple languages, just make sure to bring in an example and exact spelling of what you prefer. Learn more about our engravings here.

My ring doesn’t fit. Do you offer resizing?

We do! We can provide fast ring resizing based on an examination of your ring. We over ring altering, repair, resizing, reductions, and compressing. We can also replace the band if worn or weakened. Learn more about our resizing options here.

I want to sell my jewelry. How can I do that with you?

We offer both sales and consignment options for our customers. Our prices are based on the market value in order to make a fair offer to both parties. Do you offer repairs?

We offer a variety of repairs for both jewelry and watches alike. From replacing stones, to chain repairs, and cleanings. Just come in and we will examine your piece to determine what repairs are needed for your piece. We do all repairs in house, so no need to send your piece out for any reason.
